It is still a developing story, but it seems an IRS raid on a tattoo parlor may land some Ohio State Buckeyes in hot water and possibly out of the Sugar Bowl.
When Federal officials raided the tattoo parlor and found numerous photo’s and other items that were signed by the players, allegedly the owners of the unnamed establishment said the players were given free tattoos in exchange for their signatures.
