Andy Reid Finishes Fourth in NFL Coach of the Year Voting

As expected, New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick collected the most votes for Coach of the Year (30). He became the first head coach to win three Coach of the Year awards to go with three Super Bowl rings.

Belichick’s 30 votes were about 15 less than he should have received, for he was tremendous this season.

He trusted two undrafted running backs, BenJarvus Green-Ellis, and Danny Woodhead, to carry the load for his team. Woodhead was picked up after the Jets released him.
