Everything was going smoothly for the Philadelphia Eagles on October 17th.

They led the 4-1 Atlanta Falcons 14-0 early in the second quarter, despite playing with Kevin Kolb, their backup quarterback.

And they had the ball on the Atlanta 32-yard line, threatening to score again.

Then Kevin Kolb threw a short incompletion to DeSean Jackson, and everything changed.
