Astros Brett Wallace Impressive In Spring Training

Coming into spring training first baseman Brett Wallace needed to prove he was worthy of winning a job with the Astros and effectively moving Carlos Lee into the outfield. Last season Wallace failed to impress as he only hit .222 in over 150 at bats with the pro team.

Wallace was doing exactly what he needed to do heading into his March 15th game against the Orioles when he went 4 for 5 with a grand slam and seven RBI’s.
