The 2011 NFL Draft is over and done, and while it is far too soon to determine who had a successful draft in 2011, we can look back and look at which teams appear to have drafted well according to their needs.
Chicago Bears-
Prior to the start of the 2010 season, a glaring weakness for Chicago was the offensive line and the unit didn’t fail to disappoint in the regular season, surrendering 56 sacks. The Bears tried to address that weakness with their first pick i the draft of OT Gabe Carimi, a good start but more help is needed. The Bears second-round pick, DT Stephen Paea should be an immediate replacement for Tommie Harris. The Bears only had five picks in this years draft, and will need to make another splash in free agency this season to get over the hump, especially on the offensive line. Grade- C
