Everything was going well for the Eagles against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, October 17. Literally everything.
Despite Kevin Kolb starting over Michael Vick (for the second straight game) due to Vick’s rib cartilage injury, the Eagles led 14-0 after one quarter. The star of the game was DeSean Jackson, who scored both of the game’s touchdowns, on a 31-yard end-around run, and the other one a 34-yard deep pass into the end zone.
