According to ESPN’s John Clayton, the Philadelphia Eagles are one of five teams in the National Football League who would benefit from salary cap change that could occur this offseason.
Clayton writes the following about how a potential cap change could benefit the Eagles.
“Among last year’s playoff teams, the Eagles may have one of the best chances to upgrade their roster and bring in stars.
