Urban Meyer to Ohio State- a done deal

WKMG-TV in Orlando, Florida is reporting this morning that former University of Florida head coach Urban Meyer has agreed to a deal with the Ohio State University to become the school’s next head football coach. Meyer, an Ohio native, has been rumored to become the next football coach at Ohio State for several weeks now.

Several published reports are stating that the announcement will be official some time next week after the Ohio State-Michigan game has been played. Current Ohio State interim head coach Luke Fickell will reportedly be retained by Urban Meyer and will join his coaching staff.
