Jacksonville Jaguars are in need of a head coach and a quarterback

The Jacksonville Jaguars are a team in need. In need of a new head coach and a new quarterback. Jack Del Rio needs to be released and Blaine Gabbert is not proving that he is NFL material. The Jaguars ownership laid down an ultimatum at the start of the season for Del Rio, reach the playoffs or else. The playoffs are something the Jaguars are going to be watching on television this season.

Jack Del Rio has been the head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars since 2003 and during that time, he has posted a career 68-71 overall record. He took the Jaguars to the playoffs twice in that time recording a 1-2 record. Del Rio flirted with the playoffs last season, but fell short at the conclusion of the season. Only twice in his career has he recorded double digit wins.
