After plenty of speculation, the St. Louis Rams have finally made a decision on who will run the team’s offense under Jeff Fisher in 2012. Former New York Jets’ offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer was considered to be the front-runner for the gig from the get-go and that proved to be correct as Schottenheimer was officially named the team’s OC on Saturday.
There will be plenty of skepticism surrounding this hiring given the Jets’ failure to do much of anything on offense this past year and quarterback Mark Sanchez’s apparent regression as the man under center. Rams’ fans had to be looking
