The colts will draft a player that will back up Luck and build around him. Undoubtedly the Indianapolis Colts will draft Andrew Luck with the first pick, strengthening their quarterback position, but who will back him up? The Colts must sign a whole new quarterback crew this off-season either through free agency or using their draft picks.
