NY Giants Release RB Brandon Jacobs

Running Back Brandon Jacobs has been released by the New York Giants. His contract was terminated by the organization after failing to come up with a suitable agreement for the big RB. Despite a successful Super Bowl Championship season, Jacobs had slowly but surely worn out his welcome. Some of his comments during the season were out of line, his play was also not up to par.
