Veteran and former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward has put his Georgia house up for sale. The Sandy Springs home on Riverside Drive has been listed for $7.5 million dollars according to ajc.com. The newspaper describes the house as a two-story, 12,836 square foot home in a Mediterranean architecturally influenced neighborhood. The house sits on two acres and includes 17 rooms with eight and a half bathrooms.
Other amenities include a full-sized basketball court, elevator, resort-style pool, weight room along with poker and pool rooms, TV lounges, an exact replica of his Steelers locker and a three-car garage. There is no mention of a dance floor, so Ward must not have been practicing at home the season he wound up winning Dancing with the Stars.
