The story of the 2010 season for the Philadelphia Eagles was the revival of quarterback Michael Vick‘s career.
Vick threw for 21 touchdowns, posted a triple-digit passer rating, ran for 676 yards and nine scores, and led the Eagles into the postseason.
But he missed three (and three quarters) games due to broken ribs, which he suffered in the season’s fourth game, when he was hit by a pair of Washington Redskins‘ defenders on a 23-yard run.
