Philadelphia Phillies Activate Cliff Lee from the 15-Day Disabled List

The Philadelphia Phillies have activated Cliff Lee from the 15-day disabled list in time for his start tonight against the New York Mets. To make room for Lee on the active roster, the Phillies have optioned relief pitcher Michael Schwimer down to Triple-A Lehigh Valley.

Lee was on the DL after injuring his oblique in the 10th inning of a start against the San Francisco Giants.
