The Toronto Blue Jays have inquired about a pair of Philadelphia Phillies' All-Stars: center fielder Shane Victorino and left handed starting pitcher Cole Hamels, according to Ken Rosenthal of FOXSports.
Blue Jays' general manager Alex Anthopoulos has been trying to improve his team recently. Toronto just signed former star Vladimir Guerrero to a minor-league deal.
