The Boston Celtics closed out the Atlanta Hawks Thursday, moving on to face the Philadelphia 76ers in the Eastern Conference semi-finals. The Miami Heat also advanced to the second round to face the Indiana Pacers. Both the Celtics and Heat will be favored to win, so is it a forgone conclusion that they will face each other in the Conference Finals?
