Phillies ace Roy Halladay has left the game against the St. Louis Cardinals after just two innings, the shortest start during his two-plus seasons in Philadelphia.

Halladay allowed a grand slam to Cardinals' catcher Yadier Molina in the first inning, giving the Cardinals a 4-0 lead. However, he left the game after he completed the second inning with an apparent injury.
