To add to the bad news for Philadelphia Phillies fans, GM Ruben Amaro, Jr. said today that it’s likely Ryan Howard won’t be back until July. Amaro said he may not even be back until after the All-Star break, which would be absolutely devastating for a Phillies offense that has been batting players like Ty Wigginton in the cleanup spot.
