There is a major contest going on at Valley Ranch right now and Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is right in the middle of it. After the departure of Laurent Robinson to the Jacksonville Jaguars via free agency, Dallas is trying to find its new No. 3 receiver for the 2012 season. Romo says that player not only has to be talented, but has to show some serious effort on the practice field.
