MLB Mock Draft 2.0

As promised, I am back with my second version of the draft for BigAppleMetsTalk. I once again expect to make at least one more mock before the big day on Monday.
As you all know, the Major League Baseball Draft will be held on Monday June 4, 2012. That is only 3 days away. This draft is a very unique one. Not only does this draft not have high quality players, the new CBA rules put a strict cap on just how much teams can pay potential draft picks. This draft will be interesting to watch because GMs and scouting directors will have to get creative in order to be able to draft who they want.
