Mets Swept Away By Yankees in Weekend Series

While I was not expecting much from the Mets against the American League teams, a sweep from the Yankees wasn’t what I had in mind, either. One positive to take from the weekend was that the Mets were generally competitive.

With that said, they had chances to win, but the sloppy play and questionable moves continue. It was the same things we saw in the previous series against the Washington Nationals.
