The 2012 NBA Draft was filled with many players who can make a big impact for a team quickly. It was pretty amazing what some teams did during the draft, reaching for many players that they probably could have traded down to get.
Right when Michael Kidd-Gilchrist was selected second overall, everyone knew this draft would be a crazy one to say the least. Everyone's mock draft, especially mine, was totally messed up, but either way, some teams really made their team better. Some might have made their team worse by reaching for players they shouldn't have.
Here is a look at my grades for all the teams' drafts on Thursday night:
