While I find Colts Owner Jim Irsay to be a babbling idiot on twitter, I give him credit for at least putting a staff together that is smart enough to build the draft around Luck, right away.

Keeping Reggie Wayne may have been a shock to many, but it was a great move for Luck as he will have a pronounced route runner who can get separation from a defender it tight spaces.

What really brought a smile to my face was when they selected Luck’s former teammate, tight end Coby Fleener in the second round. These two have great chemistry, and Fleener will be an instant impact Joker tight end, moving around and creating miss-match opportunities.
