Detroit Tigers first baseman Prince Fielder took home his second State Farm Home Run Derby title, defeating Jose Bautista of the Toronto Blue Jays with a thrilling final round. Fielder became just the second player to win the event for the second time (Ken Griffey Jr. has three wins), and the first to win in both leagues.

Fielder just barely snuck into the second round, but he exploded for 11 home runs in the semifinals, and 12 more in the finals.
