According to a report by Rotoworld.com, Cincinnati Reds first baseman Joey Votto is expected to miss the next three to four weeks after having surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his left knee.
Votto originally injured the knee on June 29th and missed a couple of games. He has tried to play through the injury but the pain has reached the point where surgery is required.
