The Philadelphia Phillies will activate their ace pitcher Roy Halladay in time for Tuesday night’s start against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Halladay has not started a game for the Phillies since May 27 against the St. Louis Cardinals when he lasted just two innings before he was removed due to a lat strain.
