Last week, the New England Patriots worked out veteran tight end Visanthe Shiancoe. On Tuesday, the team signed him to a one-year contract. The Patriots also added former Denver Broncos TE Daniel Fells earlier in the offseason to go along with Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez. Jason Cole reported the signing via Twitter. Early reports suggest that the one-year deal is worth $400,000 guaranteed with the ability to earn another $800,000 in incentives.
