Jets Would Be Perfect Destination For Chad Johnson

Chad Johnson aka "Ochocinco" is a 12 year veteran of the NFL. He was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2001 in the second round of the NFL draft from Oregon State. Chad was a six time pro bowler in his ten seasons with the Bengals.

Last season, Johnson played with the New England Patriots. Many were expecting him to return to his former glory, considering he would now be playing with one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL and of all-time in Tom Brady. Unfortunately, this did not happen, Chad recorded only 15 receptions, 276 receiving yards, and receiving just one touchdown. This was thought to be due to the Patriots complex offensive system.

Johnson would later be released by New England and signed by his hometown team, the Miami Dolphins under new head coach Joe Philbin. Johnson looked to be the number one receiver on a Dolphin team that had traded their only star receiver, Brandon Marshall to the Chicago Bears a few months prior.

The Dolphins who are currently being featured on HBO's "Hard Knocks" featured Chad, who looked to be as quick and as good as ever in practice. He looked like he was back to his old self. All seemed well and good until..
