The Green Bay Packers have activated tight end Andrew Quarless to the 53-man roster after they placed rookie linebacker Nick Perry on injured reserve.Perry suffered a wrist injury in Green Bay’s victory against the Chicago Bears on Sept. 13, as well as, a knee injury in a win over the Houston Texans on Oct. 14.
