According the The Sporting News, who conducted a survey of 103 NFL players from 27 different teams, the New England Patriots were voted as the best NFL franchise. If you win championships and continue to contend for the Super Bowl on a perennial basis, you are named the best.

If you fail to do any of those things, then you are the Cleveland Browns, who were voted by the players as the worst organization in the NFL.
