MLB Rumors: Cleveland Indians Expect Busy Offseason Featuring Multiple Trades?

MLB Rumors: Cleveland Indians Expect Busy Offseason Featuring Multiple Trades?

The Cleveland Indians are looking to rebuild this offseason, as new manager Terry Francona will be dealing with a roster that could be completely overhauled this Winter. Many expect the Indians to look to trade outfielder Shin-Soo Choo as he enters the final year of his contract, but Choo may just be the start of a busy offseason featuring many trades by the Indians.

Also thought to be available is closer Chris Perez, who mouthed off on multiple occasions during the 2012 season, meaning he is a strong candidate who could be moved. The Indians may also move shortstop Asdrubal Cabrera if a team is willing to overpay, and could also move starting pitcher Justin Masterson to the highest bidder.
