In order to be successful in college basketball it is important for a team to learn how to play together and adjust to each other’s style of play in tight game situations. When Seton Hall was entering this season, it was clear that they had lost a lot from last year’s squad and this year was going to take time to adjust.
This is due to the fact that the Pirates have added a total of six new players to the team this year in way of transfers and recruits.
The team’s record currently stands at a respectable 7-2; victories up to this point in the season include UMKC, Norfolk State, Rhode Island, Maine, Saint Peters, NJITand Wake Forest.
Rhode Island currently holds a winless record, but is some what a respectable win due to the fact that the head coach is a legendary house hold name; a Hurley. A Hurley coached basketball team is historically very successful, based off of the success coach Dan Hurley’s father, Bob Hurley at Saint Anthony’s High School in Jersey City.
