The Jets, with hopes of making a late playoff run, and the front office looking to provide what they think is their franchise quarterback in Mark Sanchez with some better weapons, decided to bring back former wide receiver Braylon Edwards.

Edwards was brought aboard despite ripping the Jets front office on Twitter about the Sanchez situation, but General Manager Mike Tannenbaum must think that Edwards can really help the Jets quest to make the playoffs. Even after the comments that Edwards made on Twitter calling the people who called the shots in the Jets organization idiots.
