The Texas Rangers have missed out on free agent starter Zack Greinke and did not re-sign Josh Hamilton as the slugger elected to ink a five-year, $125 million contract with the Los Angeles Angels. At this point, the Angels have no choice but to go after a big name and no one would be better than Justin Upton.
