Nick Swisher is one of the top remaining free agents remaining this MLB offseason, and quite a few teams are keeping tabs on the former New York Yankees outfielder. Although he suffered from an abysmal postseason, Swisher is still being pursued by multiple teams, but none of them make more sense than the Cleveland Indians.
The Texas Rangers are looking to replace Josh Hamilton, who left for greener pastures with the Los Angeles Angels. The Baltimore Orioles would like to find a replacement for Mark Reynolds, who already signed with the Indians. The Seattle Mariners are looking for a bat, period.
