Greg Jennings says that “the writing is on the wall” that this will be his final season with the Green Bay Packers. He has already stated that he does not want to play for Green Bay in 2013 under the franchise tag designation, and the Packers have so many other options at wide receiver that they may feel they can survive on offense without Jennings going forward.
After all, they already received a taste of what life with Jennings would be like due to his numerous injuries throughout the past couple of seasons. In 2012, Jennings will set career lows across the board due to a groin and abdominal injury that required surgery, forcing to miss several games for Green Bay. Still, they have managed to play very well even without him for much of this season.
