Earlier this week, South Carolina Gamecocks defensive end Jadeveon Clowney said that he would win the Heisman Trophy next season. Clowney said that a defensive player can definitely win it next year, and it can certainly be him.
Apparently, Baylor Bears running back Lache Seastrunk would like a minute for rebuttal.
“I’m going to win the Heisman. I’m going to win it in 2013,” Seastrunk told the Sporting News this week. “If I don’t, I’m going to get very close. I’m shooting for that goal. I will gladly say it.”
