Joe Flacco continues to say that he is an elite franchise quarterback. Unfortunately for Flacco and the Baltimore Ravens, he continues to play like an average one. But while the numbers are still not there, would the Ravens consider paying Flacco like an elite signal caller in the NFL?
They would if it is only for one year at a time.
