The 2012 NFL Regular Season is now over. 12 NFL teams have advanced to post-season play but 20 teams now are preparing for the start of free agency and the 2013 NFL Draft. With 20 teams not qualifying for post-season, the first 20 spots of the 2013 NFL Draft are now set. The Kansas City Chiefs are guaranteed the first overall pick of the draft with the Jacksonville Jaguars selecting second. This year will mark the first time in franchise history the Chiefs will have the first overall pick.Only one team will not have a first-round selection in 2013, the Washington Redskins. Washington surrendered their pick in order to move up in the 2012 draft and acquire QB Robert Griffin III.
