One of the more surprising firings on Black Monday in the NFL world was Chicago Bears head coach Lovie Smith. Smith had posted a 81-63 overall record during his nine years in Chicago, but the team has missed post-season play five times in the last six years. Smith was one of two coaches fired on Monday with a Super Bowl appearance on their resume, Andy Reid being the other. Reid garnered immediate interest, but reports surrounding Lovie Smith have been few and far between. Now, a report suggests that Smith will interview with the Buffalo Bills over the weekend.
