NHL Ready to Drop the Puck, But did they Drop the Ball with their Fans?

The NHL recently came to a tentative agreement on a new 10 year labor deal, thus ending the latest work stoppage. This has become all too familiar with hockey fans as this is the 2nd work stoppage in less than 10 years. NHL fans have proven to be very loyal to their sport and respective teams, but with other hockey watching options around, was this latest work stoppage the one that will turn them away for good?
