Chiefs announce Andy Reid as head coach, what does the future hold?

Hyped by on January 7, 2013 Website:

The Kansas City Chiefs were the first team to hire a new head coach this year in the NFL, pouncing on former Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid prior to his reported departure to Arizona and a possible interview with the Cardinals. This afternoon, the franchise introduced Reid officially as the head coach.

Reid now inherits a team with serious questions surrounding the quarterback position. Brady Quinn was signed to a one-year deal. Matt Cassel is due a non-guaranteed $7.5 million in 2013 and has no assurance of returning. Despite Chiefs fans calling for Ricky Stanzi or Alex Tanney, neither appear to be the second-coming of Tom Brady. There are some possible scenarios that Reid might have to consider in the off=season however.
