The Miami Dolphins exceeded expectations this season, posting a 7-9 record with a rookie quarterback and a rookie head coach. QB Ryan Tannehill made the most of what the team provided him on offense this season, but the Dolphins and head coach Joe Philbin need some serious playmakers on offense. WR Brandon Marshall was shipped out of town last offseason while RB Reggie Bush is slated for free agency.
Brian Hartline and Davone Bess might be solid receivers, but neither strike fear in the hearts of opposing defensive coordinators. The Miami Dolphins need a legitimate number one receiver heading into the 2013 season. An underwhelming 12 touchdowns by Tannehill will simply not get the Dolphins marching towards the playoffs next season.
