Robert Griffin III wasn’t the only player to suffer a season ending knee injury on FedEx Field Sunday afternoon. The Seattle Seahawks lost team sack leader, Chris Clemons. Clemons suffered a torn ACL and Meniscus in his left knee, ending his 2012 season. In order replace him on the roster, the Seahawks worked out three defensive ends on Tuesday, eventually signing one.
Seattle inked a deal with DE Patrick Chukwurah according to Ian Rapoport on Twitter. “The #Seahawks will sign Patrick Chukwurah, who led the UFL in sacks two years in a row, to fill Clemons’shoes. Last played Dec, 2008.”
