Jacksonville Jaguars RB Maurice Jones-Drew started the 2012 season with an extended holdout, wanting a new multi-year contract from the team. The Jaguars did not cave to Jones-Drew’s demands and he eventually reported to the team. The running back was eventually placed on the team’s injured reserve list in December and will undergo foot surgery in the offseason.

Jones-Drew only appeared in six games this season for the Jaguars, and despite rushing for a career low 414 yards, he still managed to lead Jacksonville in rushing for the 2012 season. He led the NFL in rushing in 2011 with 1,606 yards
