As expected, the Cleveland Browns have announced this afternoon that Norv Turner has been named as the Browns offensive coordinator under head coach Rob Chudzinski. Turner was dismissed as the San Diego Chargers head coach after seasons of disappointment, most recently missing the playoffs for two consecutive seasons.
