Oregon head coach Chip Kelly shocked the NFL world by changing his mind and accepting a job with the Philadelphia Eagles when it was assumed that he would remain at his university. Kelly now becomes one of the highest paid coaches in the NFL, despite never coaching a game at the NFL level. Perhaps we now understand the reason Kelly changed his mind.
