Hired last week, new Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians has wasted no time putting together his new coaching staff. University of Delaware defensive coordinator Nick Rapone, Austin Peay head coach Rick Christophel and Alabama offensive quality control coach Kevin Garner were the latest to join Arians staff on Tuesday.
