South Carolina running back Marcus Lattimore has declared himself eligible for the 2013 NFL Draft and expects to be ready to play in the 2013 regular season. Lattimore suffered a horrific season ending knee injury in October, an injury that dislocated his right knee, tearing multiple ligaments. This is the second major knee injury Lattimore has suffered, tearing his ACL the year prior.
